Silver Plan
Some employers just want relief from the additional burden that the FMLA places on its existing staff and resources. The Silver Plan provides the support for your company's existing absenteeism program through outsourcing the FMLA administration requirements - leaving your current attendance program intact.
Upon notification of a potential or continuing FMLA claim your company would simply forward via email, fax or online form the related details (report form provided) to BASIC HR Services. Upon receipt of this report BASIC HR Services will manage the individual FMLA claim.
