THE SILVER “PLUS”  PLAN – FMLA

The Silver "Plus" Plans includes all of the features and benefits described under the Silver Plan and then adds

an Interactive Voice Response (IVR) and web based

reporting system for FMLA absences.

Your employees report all potential, continuing or new

FMLA claims through the IVR system. From this record BASIC HR Services will administer the FMLA program, track

continuous and intermitent absences, and provide real 

time access to information related to the absences to

the employer.
