Craig is a Senior Operations Executive with 35 years experience in supply chain management and strategic business development. He has led both domestic and international operations in a broad array of product lines including food, beverage, pharmaceutical, nutritional, personal care, and container products.
Craig founded Strategic Reality to provide operational consulting and educational services with a number of organizations that range from consumer products to medical research
EXPERIENCE
Campbell Soup 1969 – 1976 – After the Navy began career with Campbell Soup as a Research Chemist. Transferred to plant operations managing portions of container manufacturing in Camden, NJ.
Philip Morris 1976 – 1994
Miller Brewing – 1976 -1990 – Began career in container manufacturing and transferred into Brewery Operations and eventually Strategic Planning. Held numerous positions including several Plant Manager assignments.
Kraft Foods – 1990 – 1994 – Transferred from Miller to Kraft. Initial assignment was a Manager for the largest Kraft plant in Champaign, IL and finally as Vice President Grocery Operations.
Borden 1994-1995 – Executive Vice President Operations and Technology. Responsible for all food operations in North America. Borden sold to KKR.
Perrigo Company 1995 – 1999 – Chief Operations Officer. Responsible for all Supply Chain activities.
Strategic Reality 1999 – Present – Founder.
Providing consulting and educational services to a variety of organizations including Pharmacia, Jacobs Engineering, Yankee Candle Company, ARVCO Container, NutraMax, ConAgra and Kraft Foods. From 2004 through 2006 served as Vice President Supply Chain for Arc International North America a division of Arc International a worldwide leader in glass manufacturing.
