BASIC HR Services provides a  Preliminary Evaluation of an organization’s situation at NO COST.  The intention is to determine if BASIC HR Services can provide an effective solution to the organization.  Such an evaluation may take several days and require access, on a confidential basis, to critical organizational data.

 

If it is determined that BASIC HR Services can provide value to the organization, BASIC HR Services will develop a proposal outlining the overall services to be provided, anticipated achievements and timeline and expected cost of the services provided. 

 

BASIC HR Services believes that its real contribution comes in being an ‘active’ participant in the daily operation of the organization’s business.  BASIC HR Services does not find value to the client in simply conducting various analysis and then having the client faced with the problems of execution caused by the lack of qualified resources.

 

It is understood that BASIC HR Services personnel will not directly manage any part of the organization’s business but it will be totally involved with the management team as they carry forth with the decisions that have been agreed to. 

 

BASIC HR Services can provide resources whose contributions can range from active involvement on the factory floor to analytical support to consulting with the CEO. 

 

While BASIC HR Services personnel do not directly manage the clients business, with its strong historical background in Human Resources, it can assist the client in the evaluation of personnel and where necessary support the recruitment of the needed talent that can conduct the short and long term management most effectively. 

 

BASIC HR Services generally is most effective when it is involved in the various ongoing business activities including but not limited budgeting, strategic planning, financial and operational reviews, capital decisions, outsourcing selection,  human resources management, and leadership selection and development.
