BASIC HR Services has designed benefit support services, which can be tailored to meet individual client needs including on-site support any number of days per week or month.
BASIC HR Services’s Benefit Administration Enclave is staffed to provide the level of support needed by each employer to assist with benefit plan design, claims/enrollment and general benefit administrative activities. Benefit enclave services can include new employee orientation, enrollment, employee claims assistance and coordination of benefits. BASIC HR Services is also capable of maintaining enrollment information and provides billing review services. BASIC HR Services can assume the responsibility of employee medical and enrollment records, maintaining records at BASIC HR Services’s facility or administering them at the employer’s site. We give employers an option to “not” become involved with employee medical privacy issues, while at the same time, providing “in-house” support, addressing employee benefit concerns.
